InterMLS® is a new vision in real estate. We are a company based on a culmination of ideas established through 35 years of experience in traditional real estate sales and management. InterMLS®'s corporate staff have taken traditional real estate and combined it with Internet technology to give the public new and more efficient tools when buying and selling real estate.

InterMLS® originated in Chicago in 1986 as a property management and development company named Hall Properties. Eventually, David Hall, the owner, purchased a ReMax Office and merged the business into ReMax Junction. He used his extensive computer background and real estate expertise to develop Amerihall, LLC, a virtual office plan. After 28 years in the Chicago market, InterMLS® formally known as Amerihall, LLC, was incorporated in 2004 as a national company expanding into six states CA, IL, IN, KY, MI and WI.

During the expansion, many features were incorporated to include Designated Brokers Plans as well as loan and title services. InterMLS® will be entering every US market over the next several years, bringing new technology and services to consumers and agents.
